He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Savant and Adele Savant (Frola); his wife Dolores A. Dixon; his siblings, Joe of La Crosse, Tony of San Francisco, Julie Gajos of St. Clair Shores, Mich and Grace Steagerman of Detroit; and his niece Joan Karwowicz of Warren.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Lou Karwowicz, Rose Dollar and Hopkinsville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
