He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Walter Beck and Patricia Anne Perlich-Beck; his wife Dawn Allen Perlich; his grandparents, Frank, Grace Perlich and Rose Beck; his uncle Mickey Perlich; his great-aunt Julia Rosa; and his cousin Kimberly Quirk.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Beck (John) of St. Cloud, Minnesota, Lori Fabbri of Belleville and Christi Beck-Shultz of Ironwood; his children, Jamie Perlich (Dustin) of Park Falls, April Johnson of Kewaskum, Wisconsin, Trevor Perlich (Mary) of Ironwood, Cory Perlich of Ironwood, Steven Perlich (Jess) of Hartford, Terry Kiefer of Ironwood and Trent Perlich of Ironwood; his former wife Diane Johnson; his aunts, Carolyn McCreary of Arvada, Kathy Nutt (Tom) of Roselle, Louise Quirk (Dennis) of Arvada, Sylvia Edwards of Illinois and Shirley Cornell (Mike) of Springfield, Illinois; his grandchildren, Jimmy Davis, Lorelei Davis, Caden Mitchell James Perlich, Hannah Barmac, Ryker Medinger, Mason Negri, Grace Kiefer, Gage Mullikin and Alexis Webber; his great grandchild Louella Davis; and his friends, Adam Lorendo of Ironwood and Gary "Cootie" Johnson of Bessemer. He is also survived by friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
