He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Potinsky (Zack) and Joe Potinsky; and his siblings, Betty (Soltis), Sandy (Hein) and Tom.
He is survived by: his wife Loreli; his children, Chad (Shelly) of Allendale, MI and Cassie Smith (Corey) of Hampshire, IL; his grandchildren, Ethan, Evan, Adalynn and Lydia; his sister Linda Magdziak (Mike) of Ironwood, MI; and his brothers-in-law, Jerome Suzik (Ginger) of Bessemer, MI, Jordan Hein of Ironwood, MI and Joseph Soltis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and several close friends.
