He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gerry and Freda Gerry (Kemp); his wife Kathryn Pedretti (Peggy); his daughter Paula Rouse; and his siblings, Dorothy Schimke (Elwin), Doreen Heilig (William) and Bert Gerry (Phyllis).
He is survived by: his children, Janice Gerry of Hurley, WI., Mary Beth Merritt (James) of Ironwood, MI., John Gerry (Paula) of Milwaukee, WI., Jim Gerry (Deb) of Hurley, WI. and Dan Gerry (Paula) of Hurley, WI.; his son-in-law Tom Rouse of Hurley, WI.; and his sisters, Beverly Eppolite of Byron, MN. and Joyce Rice (Curt) of La Crosse, WI.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
