She is survived by: her children, Gary, Greg (Dawn), Dave (Lori) and Annette Allen (Joe); her grandchildren, Becky Shade (Randy), Jesse Churchill (Leah), Mike Churchill, Madison Mariani, Taylor Sarazen (Sean) and Jake Allen (Katie); her great grandchildren, Zayn, Zara Allen, Anthony, Brandyn, Cadyn Shade, Kinsley and Jessie Jr. Churchill; and her sister Mary Jo Eplett.
