He is survived by: his children, Deanna Murphy, Christin Pribek (Dan), Derek Sandquist (Nicole), Stacey Sandquist (Ryan), Justin Sandquist (Katherine) and Amber Sandquist (Nathan); his siblings, Linda Lesky (John) and Scott Sandquist; and his grandchildren, Devin, Olivia, Antonio, Greyson, Chance, Darian, Jacie, Jaidon, Hannah, Jenna, Maverick, Courtney, Caleb, Benjamin, Maddix and Lucas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
