She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul DeFelice and Clarice DeFelice; and her husband John Carlson. She is survived by: her children, Paul Carlson (Tina) and Clarice Lewis (Charles); her grandson Brian Carlson (Angela); her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Garett; her granddaughter Lori Wicklund (Barry); her great grandchildren, Paige, Emily and Tristan; her grandchildren, Barry Lewis (Miquel) and Cassie Meade (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Nicholas and Emma; and her friend Irene Hewitt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
