He was predeceased by: his father Louis E. Smollar. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn; his former wife Violet; his stepdaughter Amber Sandquist; his siblings, Theresa Talaska (Jim), Louis and Jeff Smollar (Randy Lyon); his nephew Tanya Isaacson; and also, Alyssa Smollar and Jared Smollar. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
