It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Hanson of Irons, Michigan, born in Comstock Park, Michigan, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Curtis and Edna Curtis; and her siblings, Donna Jean, Phyllis, Eunice and Harold.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald H. Hanson; her children, Beverly Havemen (Richard) and Ronald Hanson (Jacqueline); her grandsons, Ryan Danielson (Dalena), Daniel and Steven Haveman; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Oliver and James; her brothers, Irwin Curtis (Barbara) and Warren Curtis (Millie); and her siblings-in-law, Cindy Curtis and Dan Hanson (Gail). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many great friends and neighbors.
