He is survived by: his nephew Rusty; his wife Deborah Anne Kemp; his children, Jessica Buck, Samuel Kemp (Tiffany), Nicole Kemp (Zackary) and Charlie Kemp (Morgan); his grandchildren, Daniel, Evelyn, Emma, Carol, Margo, Eugenia "Bean", Gabriel, Amara, Kylie and Averie; and his siblings, David Kemp (Nancy), Rick Kemp, Evelyn Owens (Mike), Carol Zimmerman, Arnold Kemp and Harvey Kemp (Wendy).
