She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Rodgers and Wava Rodgers (Snyder); her husband Carey Stroup; her granddaughter Andrea Hummer; and her siblings, Barry, Don, Lela and June.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Hummer of Ludington, Jim Speaker of Columbia City and Alyce Graber (Mike) of Washington, Indiana; her grandson Clay Stroup (Beth); her children, Alycia Hummer, Megan Wien (Kody) and Jimmy Stocklin; and her sister Penny Boggs. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
