He was predeceased by: his parents, Max E. Irish and Margaret Irish (Marjamaa); and his brothers, Kevin and Scott Irish. He is survived by: his daughter Sara Irish of Beccles, UK; his stepdaughter Lisa Mattila of Minocqua, WI; and his sister Allison Otto of Iron River, MI.
