He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Tipler and Beverly Tipler (Corrigan); and his foster parents, Wesley Wickstrom and Mary Wickstrom of Florence, WI.. He is survived by: his friend Green Bay Packers; his siblings, Clayton Tipler (Roxanne) of Davenport, FL, Jeff Tipler (Michelle) of Casco, WI, Cathy Bahlow (Charles) of Tomahawk, WI and Mari Tipler of Rhinelander, WI; his niece Jayme Matsen (Ryan); his great-nephew Erik Matsen; and his close friend Gary White. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Tom served his community in the Lions Club and the Strum Foundation.
