He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Barnhart and Mertle Barnhart (Molder); his great grandchild Alison Lambert; his siblings, Henry, John, Merrill Jr., Jerry Barnhart, Loella Weddell, Rhea Hartman and Bonnie Ginter; and his siblings-in-law, Herple Reeder and Hazel Reeder.
He is survived by: his wife Verda Reeder; his children, Darla Sprague (Scott) of Iron River, MI, Jennie Lambert of Iron Mountain, MI and Jerry Barnhart (Toby); his sister Ardelle Rietveld (Floyd) of Dayton, OH; his sister-in-law Ruth Reeder of Butler, OH; and his grandchildren, Michael Fifield, Jennifer Winkler, Thomas Metz, Irene Roski, Fred Lambert (Shannon), Jeff Lambert (Nikki), David Lambert and Laura Cooley (Sean). He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
