He is survived by: his children, Tom, Jeff Boone, Beth Boone (Adam Wenk) and Mary Lopez; his daughter-in-law Julie Melby; his sister Claire Ledford (Marvin); his grandchildren, Charles Melby and Tabetha Melby; and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Shane Melby and Dominick Burkhardt. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
