He is survived by: his wife Joyce Smith; his children, David Smith, Kathleen Smith and Elizabeth "Beth" Soma (Tom); his daughter-in-law Patti Smith; his grandchildren, David Smith Jr., Jaclyn Hollars, Samantha Meyer and Tana Soma; and his great grandchild Dominic Smith.
