He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick L. Raker and Helen Holmes Hallock; his wife Mary Lou Raker; and his daughter Katharine. He was also cherished by his wife, daughter and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gaffney-Busha Funeral Home (304 E Division St, Eagle River, WI 54521). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
With a love of history and his American heritage, he was a supporter of the Eisenhower Foundation and other groups working to preserve history and historical monuments.
