He is survived by: his brother Alan Mayack; his niece Heather Ehrlich (Joseph); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrea Bauer, Aubrey Ehrlich, Masson Bauer and Jordan Ehrlich; and his friend Mary Rae.
