He is survived by: his son Greg Garavet (Sherry) of Iron River, MI; his sister Elizabeth Petroff of Crystal Falls, MI; his grandchildren, J. C. Garavet (Abby), Brandon Garavet (Angie), Amanda Garavet (Phillip Meyer), Zac Garavet, Nick Garavet, Kailey Garavet (Zane Sarafiny) and Marcus Baumler; and his great great grandchild Camden Dyamond. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
