She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Gilbert and Evelyn Gilbert (Walker); her son Matthew Zarkowski; her son-in-law Mark Schwartz; and her siblings, William Gilbert (Mattie), Charles Gilbert, George Gilbert, Hazel Gilbert, Jean Gardner (Joseph) and June Cataldo.
She is survived by: her husband Henry "Coupy" Borns; her children, Steven Zarkowski (Sandy), Andrea Ford (Jack) and Diane Schwartz; her grandchildren, Jenny Nelson, Nichole Veirs, Matthew Nelson and Ashley Klein (Doug); her great grandchildren, Ava, Cooper, Tyler and Peyton; her siblings-in-law, Phillip Cataldo and Joyce Gilbert; her brother John Gilbert (Flossie); and also Pat Gilbert. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
