He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Darrell and Rittie Darrell (Stapleton); his daughter Julie Stoebner; and his siblings, Homer Darrell and Gladys Whitt.
He is survived by: his spouse Elta Borske; his children, Bryan Darrell (Sandy) of Paddock Lake, WI and Melody Fittante (Tony) of Iron River, MI; his sisters, Delores Donathan of Peru, IN, Etta Mae Hack of Peru, IN, Elma Cook of Alvin, WI, Loretta Darrell of Alvin, WI and Marie Wynne of Coarsegold, CA; his sister-in-law Barbara Darrell of Beaverton, AL; his grandchildren, Maeghan Yates, Audra, Evan, Joshua and Noah Stoebner; and his great grandchild Evelyn Yates. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
