He was predeceased by: his parents, John Guzowski and Helen Guzowski (Lojewski); and his siblings, Jean Snow, Zigmund, Stanley and Tony Guzowski.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Cindrich; his sons, John Guzowski (Jean) of Menasha, WI and Frank Guzowski, MD (Kathryn) of Marshfield, WI; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Walker; and his nieces, Jean Ann Lundin and Marian Novak. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
