She is survived by: her parent Mary Day (Morrison); her spouse Herman Puckett; her daughters, Kathy Hammelev (Jeffrey) of Bristol, WI and Patricia Young (David) of Florence, WI; her sisters, Donna Jean Bolyard (Carlos) of Berlin, WI and Lucille Clark of Neenah, WI; her grandchildren, Amy Hansen of Kenosha, WI, Jason Schneider (Brandi Mieczkowski) of Kenosha, WI and Tracie Drew (Brett) of Muskego, WI; her great grandchildren, Tyler Hansen, Madison Hansen, Indi Grace Schneider and Shelby Drew; and her siblings, Herman Day, Arthur Day, Daniel Day, John Day, Grace Vasser, Nellie Cornwell, Rhett Boggs, Ruth Williams, Mary Edna Puckett and Anne Puckett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
