She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Maenpaa and Hilda Maenpaa (Maki); her husband Kenneth Plourde; her siblings, Lauri Maenpaa, Aili Johnson and Laura Maenpaa; and her cousin Lila Kosky.

She is survived by: her son Kenneth. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
