He was predeceased by: his father Herman L. Puckett Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Susan Puckett-Ehlers (Kunath); his mother-in-law Nicole Heikkila; his wife Nicole; his sons, Dolan, Brayden and Austin; his siblings, Lori Frederick (Alvin), Melice Carr (Dave), Herman Puckett Jr. (Alicia) and Shannon Puckett (Ashley); and also Nicole Dobson McPherson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
