He is survived by: his wife Florence Kuse; his children, Steven Kostka (Susan) of Sumerset, WI, Kelly Kolosso (Joseph) of Appleton, WI and Kari Koehnke (Stephen) of Omro, WI; his siblings, Gerald Kostka (Mary Lou) of Little Chute, WI, Bonita Hartjes of Little Chute, WI, Mary Ann Schmitt of Leesburg, VA and Janet Ertl of Appleton, WI; his sisters-in-law, Janice Antos (Mel), Joyce Damshauser and Rosie Kohl (Bill); his grandchildren, Amanda, Darrin Schulz, Jonathan Kolosso (Amy), Troy Koehnke (Annie), Eric Koehnke (Laura) and Jeffrey Koehnke (Mindy); and his great grandchildren, Parker, Connor Kolosso, Eloise Koehnke, Mackenzie Koehnke, Hadley, Colton Koehnke, Madison and Brooklyn Schulz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
