He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Cain and Greeba Cain; and his brother Keith Cain. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Cain; his children, Kathy Holm (Steve), Karen Schmidt (Ernie) and Chris Cain (Joyce); his grandchildren, Sara Starr (Rob), Becky Ahola (Adam), Ashley Schmidt, Jessie Leinon (Gary), Joe Schmidt (Kendra), Matt Schmidt (Hailey) and Tony Starr; his sister-in-law Pauline Cain; and also, Brody, Noah, Eden Starr, Mason, Reese Ahola, Jackson and Grayson Leinon. He is also survived by one nephew and two nieces and their children.
