With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine A. Palmeri (Iron River, Michigan), born in Stambaugh, Michigan, who passed away on February 22, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Stasaski and Mary Stasaski (Pavlik); and her siblings, Helen, Edward, John, Louis and Carl.
She is survived by: her husband James Leo Palmeri of Grand Rapids; her sisters, Stella Stutsman of Rockford, Ill and Mary Ebner of Milwaukee; her sons, Allen Palmeri (Susan) of Jefferson City, MO. and Mark Palmeri (Michelle) of Franklin, TN; her grandchildren, Amy, Asa, David, Sophia of Jefferson City, MO, Andrew, Sky and Erica of Franklin, TN; and her great grandchild Ashlynd of Franklin, TN..
She also served as administrative assistant to the director of Goodwill Industries in Grand Rapids where she continued her charity work and reached out to help groups like Agency for the Blind.
