He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence McDermott and Ival McDermott (Fine); his brother Rodney; and his stepfather Carl Magnee. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Foster; his daughters, Debby Wahoviak (Jerry Roberge) of Kingsford and Kelly Burgess of Iron Mountain; his grandchildren, Cole Wahoviak, Luke Wahoviak, Molly Wahoviak, Jack Burgess and Samuel Burgess (Jayde Peterson); and his nephews, Kevin McDermott (Ann Marie) and Mickey McDermott.
