He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Alquist and Barbara Alquist; and his in-laws, Dave and Aileen Machus. He is survived by: his wife Linda Dumais (Machus); his stepson Russell Dumais; his grandson Kaden Dumais; his sisters, Roxanne Hudson (Steve) and Lisa Hakes (Mike); his siblings-in-law, Dave Machus (Gail), Jim Machus (Lori), John Machus, Teresa Wickman (Dean) and Kris Johnson; and his uncle Glenn Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
