He was predeceased by: his father Michael Mashak. He is survived by: his brother John Mashak; his wife Susan Baacke; his daughters, Melody Caylor (Kurt), Angela Klumb (Matt) and Andrea Mashak-Lassila (Jay); his grandchildren, Paul Mashak, Ellie, Sydney and Jace Klumb; and his niece Star Martin. He is also survived by nephews and many other relatives and friends.
