He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jacobs and Doris Jacobs (Dascola). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Jacobs; his children, Dr. Paul J. Jacobs (Paula), Dr. Peter Jacobs (Gail), Perry Jacobs (Denise) and Susan Jacobs (Paul Moon); his brothers, Dr. Don Jacobs (Sally) and Jack Jacobs (Marion) of Bradenton, Fla.; his grandchildren, Dr. Bryan Jacobs (Linda), Dr. Allison Anderson (Ryan), Austin, Tex, Jaclyn Gray (Jon), Zachary Jacobs, Nicholas Jacobs (Kendra), Sophia, Olivia and Cecilia Berutti; and his great grandchildren, Lila, William, Genevieve and Sloane Lennon. He is also survived by his family and numerous friends.
