She was predeceased by: her parents, Tauno Harrison and Aurelia Harrison; her daughter Kathy Leask; and her brother Eugene "Sonny" Harrison. She is survived by: her husband Brian LaPlaunt; her sons, Thomas Leask, Daniel Leask, Jeffrey LaPlaunt (Tracy LaPlaunt) and Michael LaPlaunt; her granddaughters, Katie Parish (Colin Parish), Hannah Leask and Casey LaPlaunt; and her siblings, Carol Fox, Joanie Gagnon and Donald Harrison. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
