Keen S. Scott Jr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Keen S. Scott Jr. of Iron Mountain, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 25, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Keen leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Keen may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Keen Sr. Scott and Louise Scott (Weinert); and his sister Margaret Keel. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Heinz; his children, David Scott of Gladstone, MI and Catherine Alexander of Albuquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Dr. Jesse Alexander, Michael Alexander and Tyler Peterson; and his nephew Kenneth Peterson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (420 W Breitung Ave, Kingsford, MI 49802). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
