It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George P. Zaio of Iron Mountain, Michigan, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Zaio and Mame Zaio (Miench); his wife Lois Utter; and his sister Mary Kilgore. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Zaio (Lisa) of Iron Mountain, Mark Zaio of Hobe Sound, FL and Paul Zaio (Jeneen) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his grandchildren, Bethany, Alexis, Dominic and Drew Zaio; and his great grandchild Cooper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Martyrs Church in Kingsford.
