He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavern Riedel and Lillian Riedel; his brother Donald Riedel (Sally); and his brother-in-law Michael Wegmann. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wegmann; his children, Mark Riedel (Paula) of Houston, Melissa Riedel-Salazar (Ben) of Houston, Scott Riedel of Wiesbaden, Germany and Samantha Riedel (David Jacques) of Iron Mountain; and his great grandchild Charlie Riedel. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
