It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Simenton of Ira Township, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Simenton (Barbara Simenton) and Phillip Simenton; his brother Phil Simenton; his sons-in-law, David Hite and Michael Frontera; and his granddaughter Lea Ljungvall.
He is survived by: his children, Patti Frontera, Laurie Ljungvall (Jeffrey) and George Simenton III (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Abbie Frontera, Dillon Frontera, John Ljungvall (Brandi), Nicole Tucker (Tara), Alex Tucker, Jacob Ljungvall, Katelyn Simenton, Samantha Simenton and Danielle Simenton; and his great grandchild Aaron Tucker.
