He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Carly and Alphonsine Carly. He is survived by: his wife Mary Gaye (Fuerst); his children, Michael (Lori), Michelle (Wesley) and Mark (Krin); and his grandchildren, Troy (Kayla) and Meredith.

Memorial contributions can be made to Blue Water Hospice House in Marysville.
