She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Misiak and Julia Misiak (Szczepaniak); her husband James Sexton; her granddaughter Kimberly; and her siblings, Grace, Rita, Cecilia, Lucy, Arthur, Flory and Norbert.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Seamans (Jim), Karen Odam (Jim), James Sexton, Jr. (Beth) and Aurelia Ruczynski (Jim); her grandchildren, Kristi (John), James (Julie), Jeff (Manon), Jason (Paige), Jessica (Roger), Justin (Jennifer), Jamie (Eric), Audrey, Danielle (Chason), Tyler (Jordyn) and Jared; her great grandchildren, Brandon (Emily), Kenny (Megan), Zachary, Luke, Brooke, Natalie, Elliot, Leah, Olivia, Lilly, Madalyn, Vance, Brody, Carmen and Kayla; her great great grandchildren, Layla, Naomi and Easton; and her sibling Maevine.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wasik Funeral Home - Gendernalik Chapel (35259 23 Mile Rd, New Baltimore, MI 48047). A rosary was held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (9764 Dixie Hwy, Ira Township, MI 48023). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
