He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Lewandoski; and his brothers, David Lewandoski and John Lewandoski. He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Linnenbrink; his children, Anthony J. Lewandoski (Alex) and Melody R. Lewandoski; and his siblings, Josephine Plodzik (Jerry), Naomi Dunning (Scott) and Richard Lewandoski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
