She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hoffman and June Hoffman (Blundy); her husband Charles "Chuck" Stephens, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Amie Stephens; and her mother-in-law Francis Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Stephens (Jennifer) of Ionia, Chuck Stephens (Charity) of Stanton, Kathy Mahlich (Gregg) of Ionia, Mike Stephens (Jennifer) of Newaygo and Nikki Daugherty of Ionia; her sister Jeanie Utter (Ed) of Holt; her grandchildren, Jordan Stephens, Nick Kremkow, Ryan Stephens (Gabrielle), Taylor Piper (Travis), Brandon Mahlich (Karen), Cameron Mahlich, Jaide Fuller, Mckayla Mahlich, Ashton Stephens of Kaelyn Stephens, P. J and Jaxxon Daugherty; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Landon, Luna, Levi, Emma, Adam, August and Eleanor.
