He was predeceased by: his mother Kay Logan (Throgmartin); and his stepfather Richard Logan. He is survived by: his wife Deb Miller-Pallick; his children, Keri Levine (Tom), Lacy Fulcher (Eric), Jason Pallick (Bea Alegria) and Arron Pallick; his grandchildren, Skilar, Carley, Shane, Brittany, Brady, Micah, Shaelen, Triniti, Tryce, Audra, Ava, Garrett and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Pamela Belle, Terry, Izalette, Riverlynn, Shia, Adrian, Deegan, Nevaeh and Ivy; his siblings, Candy Campbell (Melvin Reynolds), Tracee Dunlop (Joe) and Mike Reeder (Deb); his stepsiblings, Sherry Hunt (Ron) and Rick Logan (Jan); and his brother-in-law Kelly (Otis Johnston). He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren.
