She was predeceased by: her parents, John Scott and Bessie Scott (Selleck); her grandsons, Brandon Ferris and Ryan Ferris; and her siblings, Jackie Scott, Marcia Sellers and Kim Scott.

She is survived by: her husband Ernest Ferris of Ionia; her sons, Rick Ferris (Deb) of Huntersville, Mark Ferris (Nicki) of Ionia and Nick Ferris (Monika) of Ionia; her grandchildren, Stacey Schafer, Scott Ferris (Lindsay), Blake Ferris, Abby Purdue (Matt), Kirk Ferris (Jodi), Zach Ferris, Ava Ferris, Audrina Ferris, Arieana Ferris and Lexi Ferris; her great grandchildren, Connor, Logan, Natalie and Ellie; and her brother Bill Scott of Ionia.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lake Funeral Home (3521 S State Rd, Ionia, MI 48846). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
