He is survived by: his children, Joseph (Pamela Scholtens), John (Theresa Scholtens), Brenda (Robert DeHollander) and Daniel (Jacki Scholtens); his grandchildren, Monica, Jeremy Mabe, Cari Scholtens, Matthew Scholtens and Melanie Wicander-Scholtens; and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Charlie, Evie Mabe and Reed Scholtens.
