The memory of Pamela Ann Pontius (Ionia, Michigan), who passed away on March 6, 2025 at the age of 64, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith McQueen and Roderick McQueen; and her brothers, Roderick and Rick McQueen. She is survived by: her children, Mandy Johnson (Mike Dubay), Jamie Schafer (Darren) and Douglas Thursby (Krista); her grandchildren, Justice, Miguel, Aleister, Emily, Ameliana, Nikolai, Linaea, Nelliel, Makayla and Thomas; her great grandchild Aries; and her pet Darlin.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the S. S. Peter & Paul Catholic Church (434 High St, Ionia, MI 48846). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
