She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Ziegler and Clarabella Ziegler (Ward); her husband Alvin Wagner; her daughter Cherity Wagner; her siblings, Bayliss, Ernest, Wilma, VernaBelle, Winifred, Raymond, Neil, Roy, Shirley, Melva and Bonita; and her brother-in-law Dick Sanders.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Hoppough (Dean), Robert Wagner (Melinda) and Timothy Wagner (Danny); her grandchildren, Jammie Lynn, Torrina (Cody), Tyann (Will), Deana, Felicia, Heather, Christian and Cesar; her great grandchildren, Karina, Jordyn, Jaggar, Ellary, Dillan, Elizabeth and Jayden; her sister Neola Sanders (Joshua Chandler); and her caregivers, Renee and Danielle.
