Leona Frances Brown Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2025, at the age of 97, Leona Frances Brown of Ionia, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Roy W. Brown Sr.; her daughter Leslie Brown; and her grandsons, David Keusch and James Edward Beimers Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Keusch Jr. (Thomas) of Portland, Georgia Hamp (Doug) of Lake Odessa, Roy Brown Jr. (Kathy) of Ionia, Janet Brown of Lyons and Rhonda Brown of Ionia; and her brother Bill Dunn of Texas. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lake Funeral Home (3521 S State Rd, Ionia, MI 48846). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lake Funeral Home-Ionia (3521 S State Rd, Ionia, MI 48846).
