He is survived by: his wife Janice; his sons, Andrew DeFrates (Kristi) and Derek DeFrates (Erin); his grandchildren, Connor, Kyron, Kaidon, Astraea, Erin, Ashley, Quintin and Irie; and his siblings, Beverly Vincent (Dick), Judy Schultz, Darryl DeFrates (Judie) and Cheryl DeFrates.
