She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Kendall and Blanch Kendall (Hill); and her husband Donald Faulkner. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Applegate (Richard) of Tucson, AZ and Connie Kopchick (John) of Grand Rapids; and her grandsons, Jeff Applegate (Danielle), Pete Applegate (Nadia), Jonathan Kopchick (Katie), Nathaniel Kopchick (Becky) and Michael Kopchick (Krista). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
