He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law John Hill; and his mother-in-law Nellie Silverthorne. He is survived by: his parents, James Hale and Mitsuko Hale (Okuie); his wife Kim of Lyons; his children, Alexander, Quentin and Gabrielle of Lyons; and his siblings, James Hale (Christine) of Crystal and Tammy Hill of Lyons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
